Including the singles One Night In Bangkok, February Song and Marble House.

Featuring includes covers of classic songs originally by Madonna, Visage, Human League, Josh Groban, Spice Girls, Sia, Snow Patrol, Pet Shop Boys and many more.

Inspiration, admiration and a little perspiration. These three things were always going to be involved in a project that kicked off in earnest in 2017. As a concept, Featuring had been there since day one of the LorD and Master project. I've always loved working on covers of songs I wish I had written, that inspire me and have a roomy place in my heart. When I wrote my first album back in 2009, I wanted other people to sing my songs. People with amazing, soaring voices with ranges I could only wish for. I love and respect people whose voices are beautiful instruments and really admire the skill that they have to use those instruments to evoke so much emotion.

I worked for ten years as LorD and Master with the occasional collaboration with vocalists, but the idea of a showcase of gorgeous vocals of different styles never really went away and once I had started a few cover songs that I didn't feel I could do justice, Featuring was born.

I approached a mixture of people whose voices I admired, whether they were established in the synth scene or not was unimportant to me, but I was, and continue to be wowed by how obliging people were. Featuring is a labour of love and a wonderful representation of how people pull together for creativity. I couldn't be happier with the results of our collective efforts and as much as the album is for the audience, it's also for the artists, to reflect on how this moment in time is crystallised, when we all got together digitally to make some great synth music.
